Refund policy
At P'tit Arc-en-ciel, we stand by the quality of our products. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the problem quickly.
If you change your mind, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund of your product.
Damaged products
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and checked your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
